Summer has come and passed, the innocent can never last…. okay, okay, I’ll stop there. Our first round of September picks range from HEALTH‘s hazy psych-rock to sultry R&B-tinged pop from Anuka.
One of our more uptempo picks was chosen in honour of its brand-new video release – Jax Jones‘s “House Work” gets a tongue-in-cheek parody of late-night infomercials (I see you Shamwow guy), with an unreasonably tan spokesperson selling cleaning products while lipping this bumping house track.
