Both superb beat-wobblers have known each other for years, produced and put out music both individually and under their duo-moniker Sound Snobz. Both have built a very unique sound for themselves, but both of their repertoires share an attitude: groovy, sexy, ground shaking. Troyboi is touring the United States from February and icekream has been putting out an adventure themed series of tracks alongside ManuMan lately. Their latest joint scoop, as icekream might say, is called “Hear Dat” and it carries heavy, very heavy late night beach vibes. Channeling both their styles and finding new life in classic UK 4/4 this one is – fittingly – a must hear. Troyboi representing London, icekream representing Paris, Miami and whatnot; now they’re going global again – united!
